What is Transformative Breathwork?
A powerful self-healing practice, Transformative Breathwork is an active form of meditation using a simple breath pattern to move stuck energy in the body and reconnect with your true essence.
During a transformative breathwork journey, we’ll begin with an opening circle to ground our energy in the space, connect as a group, and review the breathing technique. Writing prompts or authentic relating breakout groups are then offered in longer sessions to intentionally deepen the healing experience.
To begin breathwork, you’ll lie down comfortably with pillows, blankets, and eyes closed (eye mask recommended). For 20-40 minutes, Julian and/or Nathaniel will guide you in practicing a simple breath pattern accompanied by music and prompts.
Activating the power of your own breath, your body can naturally release stuck energy and emotions, and bring the mind into a heightened state of awareness, followed by inner stillness and intuitive insight.
We’ll close in circle to reconnect as a group and optionally share to further integrate experiences.

Julian Hunter & Nathaniel Reagan
Nathaniel and Julian combine their complementary expertise and passion to create unique self-healing experiences for their community. Breathwork has been a major practice in their healing journey both individually and as a couple. So much so that in 2022 they completed 5 levels of training with renowned healer David Elliott.
As the stewards of Spirit Camp, their aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment for people to self-heal and connect with their authentic selves, community, and the outdoors. Forever curious in their desire to grow into their wholeness, Nathaniel and Julian explore a wide range of healing practices that they weave into their work. As facilitators, their intention is to guide self-healing where you’re empowered to follow your own inner guidance. The breath, in this case, is a means for your body to activate its own natural state of healing.
They believe everyone is both a student and a teacher. Whether you are new to breathwork, or experienced, their facilitation style is a match for all levels.

At Spirit Camp, Offsite or Online
Julian and Nathaniel both facilitate private breathwork sessions (solo or together) for individuals, couples, and groups of up to 30 people.
1.5-2.5 hour sessions can occur in-person at Spirit Camp or offsite at your private home or at a public studio space. Virtual sessions are also made available via Zoom.
