Need to huddle with your team to solve a major challenge or birth your next big idea? Use camp as your private incubator offsite–DIY style. We offer the perfect space for small groups of 3 to 20 to focus, innovate, and problem-solve amongst 27 acres of private Redwood forest. Rent a few cabins or the entire retreat center, an ideal container for your work sprint—complete with nourishing meals, programming, or simply the use of our cabins and group spaces. Whether you're planning a design sprint or focused activation, Spirit Camp offers the cozy comfort of a modern summer camp experience to help your team flourish and create in a relaxed yet inspiring environment.

High-Speed WIFI: We have multiple wifi location that you can count on while you are here. Our Cabins all have WIFI, and our common work areas are also hotspots you can count on!
Private Spaces for Your Meetings: Book a private cabin and you can have all the space and privacy you need for your Zoom calls and work time.
Brainstorm Materials: Markers, papers, and easels await you. Take full advantage of being together to scribble out that new idea.

We know what its like to work in a faced pace corporate environment. Our founding team comes from the land of corporate and stressful executive roles. Co-Founder of Spirit Camp, Nathaniel Reagan, now runs his marketing and tech dev studio from Mendocino. Key13 Studios supports VC and founders to help companies through the difficult early stage work. It this work that birthed our understanding that our founders and tech talent need places to build the future in a more human centric manner where the self is not sacrificed for the whole.
