The Perfect Small Company Retreat Location for Small Teams
For small leadership teams or groups seeking intimate settings, Spirit Camp features seven private unique cabin spaces with varying bed arrangements making it one of the best places to have a retreat for groups of 5 to 50 people. This flexible setup allows for personalized lodging solutions. The private cabin spaces are perfect if you are looking for leadership retreat locations for a small team, while our camping meadow allows for groups of up to 50 people by setting up additional glamping accommodations.
Seven Private Unique Cabin Spaces:
If you are a small team of 5-10 Spirit Camps accommodations provides a range of bed arrangements. There are 3 small cabins for individuals, 3 medium sized cabins that can accommodate up to 3 individuals, and a bunk house that can fit another 8. This makes it perfect for staff retreat for small staff group sizes.
So if you are a small leadership team of 5-7 each person would have a private cabin space. If your team is comfortable having two to three people in a cabin you can accommodate 10. And if your team knows each other well or has family members coming you can fill each bed across the space for up to 20 guests in beds.

Camping offers additional options for providing capacity or more privacy. You can have guest bring their own tents or coordinate with us to set up Glamping Tents. We’ve had professional groups use the space with 30 or more people by using glamping tents across campus.
Additional glamping options can further enhance the retreat experience, offering more private spaces as needed.

There is so much here that lends to connection and team building. From the large campfire area, private hiking trails, a large lodge for games and activities and surrounded by incredible beaches, bars, and restaurants there even without a lot of programming that are easeful way for groups to send their time enjoying activities together.
