Summer Occupancy (May-October):
50 maximum overnight guests, 150 guests for day event
Winter Occupancy (November-April):
35 maximum overnight guests, 100 guests for day event
Pricing Expectations:
For weddings at our venue, couples can save with our minimum event venue and accommodation package, starting at $15,000, when guests book their own on-site accommodations directly through a private wedding party link. Please note that vendor fees are collected directly by the vendors and are not included in our rental charges.
Vendor Requirements:
Wedding Coordinator—We work with two outstanding local wedding and event coordinators, offering flexible options for their services. You can choose between month-of coordination, partial coordination or full planning, depending on your needs.
Catering—we’re excited to offer a selection of incredible local caterers to choose from. Hiring one of our preferred caterers is required, ensuring your event receives the best possible service!
Bar Service—We offer a delightful mocktail and elixir bar with the option to add beer, wine, cider and champagne! Please note that self-serve alcohol is not permitted.

Spirit Camp is a healing space well suited for celebrations that center sobriety and authentic connection. If you’re seeking a traditional, alcohol-heavy party, this venue is not a good fit.
