How Booking Works at Spirit Camp

Spirit Camp is a curated space with a limited number of weekends each year. We host groups whose intentions, values, and timing align with the land and the community we're tending. Every group that lands here shapes the energy of the space.

We've shifted from quote requests to applications because this work is relational, not transactional. The application helps us find the right home for what you're creating.

Our Values

These 3 values sit at the foundation of what we offer. Groups that thrive here share these values or actively honor them.

  1. Reverence and Right Relationship. Spirit Camp is a healing space, not a hotel or resort. We ask everyone who comes here to bring awareness and care, with yourself, with each other, with the land, and with the more-than-human beings who live here. We're all learning this practice, ourselves included.

  2. Sober-Centered Space. Spirit Camp is built for the practice of presence: with each other, with the land, with what's actually here. We hold a substance-free container so the full spectrum of nervous systems and lived experiences gathering here can land safely and meet each other clearly. No alcohol, cannabis, or other mind-altering substances onsite during any gatherings, including microdosing and medicinal use. We don't host medicine ceremonies or plant medicine work either, those deserve their own dedicated containers.

  3. Inclusive and Queer-Celebrated. Spirit Camp is a Brave Space that honors different lived experiences, celebrates LGBTQIA+ belonging, and welcomes communities who see difference as a bridge to deeper connection.

What We're Looking For

Each booking cycle, we're watching for the gatherings that tend to thrive here:

  • Full venue healing retreats of 5 or more nights

  • Gatherings of 35 to 50 people, May through October

  • Soulful wedding retreats of 75 guests or fewer (we host larger weddings too, and smaller ones move first)

  • Open weekends within the next 6 months

  • Returning groups we've built relationship with over time

  • Groups whose values align with our foundational values above

If you're outside these patterns, you're still very welcome to apply. Response times may be longer, especially for dates further out, but we'll get back to you within 30 days either way.

A Note on Catering

Catering is arranged separately from the venue rental and is not included in package pricing. We work with a small group of preferred local caterers who make incredible food, healthy, delicious, and able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most dietary needs. You'll choose your caterer after booking, and we'll help connect you with the right fit. You're in good hands.

For Groups of 20 to 50+: Full Venue from $16k

    • The full summer camp experience

    • Exclusive use of venue + all cabins + luxe glamping + camping

    • Up to 50 overnight guests (43 beds, 8 are queens)

    • 3-night minimum, available May-October

    • Exclusive use of venue, all cabins, and seasonal camping

    • Option to add luxe glamping as needed (May through October)

    • Up to 31 overnight guests (23 beds, 8 are queens)

    • 4-night minimum, available year-round

For Groups of 5 to 20: Partial Venue from $8k

    • Shared use of venue with one other small group

    • The Lodge as your dedicated event space

    • Accommodations assigned exclusively for your group

    • Shared dining area and mealtimes

    • 3-night minimum, available year-round

    • Shared use of venue with one other small group

    • The Sanctuary as your dedicated event space

    • Accommodations assigned exclusively for your group

FAQ

  • Submit an application through the link above. We review applications on a biweekly basis. You'll hear from us within 30 days.

    If your dates are within the next 9 months, your response may come sooner. If your dates are further out or outside our current priorities, your response may come later in the 30-day window. Either way, we respond to every applicant.

  • Most groups apply 6 to 18 months ahead. Peak season weekends (May through October) often book a year or more out. Off-season dates (November through early April) tend to have more flexibility and shorter lead times.

  • The rental covers full or shared use of the venue and onsite lodging, depending on the package.

    Catering is arranged separately and is not part of the rental pricing. We work with a small group of preferred local caterers who handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most dietary needs. You'll choose your caterer after booking. See Venue Amenities and Accommodations for what's included.

  • A full rental gives your group exclusive use of the entire venue and onsite lodging.

    A partial rental means another aligned group may be onsite the same weekend. You'll have fully separate lodging and event space for your program, and you'll share communal bathrooms and catered mealtimes.

    Spirit Camp also has a small residential community that lives onsite year-round in a separate area, with no overlap into your event space.

  • Yes. For retreats and gatherings, no alcohol, cannabis, or other mind-altering substances onsite, including microdosing and use framed as medicinal.

    We don't host medicine ceremonies or plant medicine work, those are sacred practices that deserve their own dedicated containers.

    Prescribed medications taken as directed are not what we mean, take care of yourself as your provider has guided you to.

  • Apply anyway. We host plenty of groups outside our priority windows, especially November through early April. Response times may be longer, but we'll get back to you within 30 days either way.

  • Site visits are by appointment only and are typically scheduled after an initial application and call. This helps us make sure the visit is meaningful for both sides.
